Ascend Labs is part of Ascend Drone Technologies. Ascend is focused on delivering critical supplies; Labs develops the tools, knowledge, and people that make better drone operations possible.

We use simulation and small prototypes to understand a problem before hardware, time, or safety is put at risk. We document what worked, what did not, and what the next test needs to answer.

MAVLab is the first public example of that approach.

The lab also connects learning to real work. Bootcamps and open resources create a starting point; student projects and collaboration turn that learning into useful artifacts for the wider Ascend mission.

We are early-stage and artifact-driven. We do not claim a fully operational research facility or deployed autonomous fleet. We show progress through working software, published learning, and practical collaboration.
